小型干法制粒機GZL100特點

1、整機懸臂式設計將加工區與動力傳動區*隔離且外形整潔，拆裝清洗簡便，實現了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產。

2、操作屏采用304不銹鋼材質制作，密封性好，可有效防塵、防濺，設計有脫氣壓力顯示及調節功能，另外還有鑰匙開關、急停等功能，設備各運行參數、緊急停機及切斷電源時均可通過觸摸屏即時操作。

3、所有與藥物接觸部分（工作腔）密閉獨立，密封均采用雙級以上組合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋轉軸采用漏軸式結構，將傳動區與制粒區嚴格分開，避免了傳動區內潤滑油泄露進制粒區的情況。

4、制粒系統安裝有多處傳感器及儀表，用于實現系統的自動化運行，其安裝與設備內部且采用不銹鋼材質或其表面進行防腐處理，符合GMP要求。

5、設備最小投料量100g，既可用于研發，亦可用于中試生產。
